Deanship of IT and Distance Learning receives the ISO Certificate of Business Continuity Management System “22301”. It is a result of its efforts in improving the quality of its procedures in accordance with high standards and in line with the vision of the Kingdom 2030.
The certificate approves that the deanship has a system that identifies the requirements to reduce the probability of exposure to accidents and reduce their negative effects and recovery from complications, which makes the Deanship able to provide services in the event of disasters. All of which is within a specific scope of work, procedures and policies governing the continuation of service delivery in times of crisis and recovery according to specific controls.
It aims to identify the risks and set appropriate controls for their management or disposal, as well as adopting a precautionary approach to reduce the impact of accidents to the lowest level. Also, aims to ensure the continuity of the basic business in the time of crisis and reduce the downtime to the lowest level in the event of future accidents.
