With reference to the royal grant that dictate to grant governmental employees two months salary and to grant university students also two months reward, and according to the directions of SAU’s Recto, the deanship has accomplished preparing the payroll works to faculty members, staff and students in order to be paid.
Furthermore, the deanship in cooperation with Deanship of Faculty Members and Staff has entered the data of all the administrative charts in the administrative and financial system. That was accomplished through developing the test environment of the system, besides developing new software able to enter the data in the right fields. The data was verified and was confirmed with current data of each chart. Then, the final data were applied to the true system environment. Moreover, the deanship created some required reports to audit and to extract the total sum of the salaries from the accredited administrative charts.
Concerning the students’ grants, the deanship has cooperated with Deanship of Admission and Registration to enter the students’ data in the academic system through developing modifications and software needed to help Admission and Registration Deanship in paying the grants. The process included entering the data of all kinds of the students such as regular, dropout, and diploma, etc.
