By the directions of Rector and the follow-up of Vice-Rector, Deanship of IT and Distance Learning held a specialized training course on transactions system. The system is considered an upgrade to the administrative communication system, which is dedicated for the university’s leadership.
The training was launched by Dr. Mohammad Al Kahtani Dean of IT and Distance Learning. Dr. Al Kahtani explained the university’s new trend in conducting electronically all the administrative transaction through this system. The training was attended by a number of the managers and staff of the university’s leadership offices. They were briefed about the system and its features, whereas the documents e-prepared then uploaded on the system to enable the official to write his notes on document electronically. Moreover, the document goes through an efficient and quick e-work line.
Furthermore, the training was attended by Mr. Nayef Enezi, a team of the implementation company and the technical team supervising the project.
At the end of the training, Dr. Al Kahtani answered the attendance queries, then he hand them the devices dedicated for the university’s leadership.
