PSAU has received appreciation certificates from the governmental e-transactions “Yesser Program”. The certificates were sent by Dr. Abdul Rahman Oraini Director General of Yesser Program to Dr. Mohammad Al Kahtani Dean of IT and Distance Learning, besides a number of the deanship engineers and programmerss. They were sent as appreciation to the deanship team for their efforts in launching “Student Register Inquiry” and “Graduate Register Inquiry” services on the Government Service BUS (GSB) Channel. The services were added to unified inquiry service between the universities. This cooperation was upon the directions of Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of PSAU.
It is worth mentioning, that the “Student Register Inquiry” service enables the governmental entities that are linked to GSB to have the register of PSAU students. It provides the students information and the unified admission information. In addition, it requires the national ID of the student. Moreover, Graduate Register Inquiry services enable the governmental entities that are linked to GSB to have the register of PSAU graduates by his ID number. The service provides the student’s admission date, college, major, GPA and grads, besides the student’s study status. In addition, The Government Service Bus (GSB) is one of the main pillars of the national infrastructure developed and managed by Yesser.
Furthermore, the deanship team includes Eng. Mohammad Abdul Fatah Project Manager, Mr. Mohammad Jariri Manager of Applications and Databases, Eng. Amro Abdul Wahab Manager of Operation and Datacenter and Mr. Iyad Easa Programmer, along with Mr. Walid Sulaitin Systems Analyst, Abdul Rahman Batainah Database Supervisor, Ahmad Fuad Engineer at the Information Center and Network Security and Basem Abdul Wahab Systems Engineer.
